1. Processing Time

• Order Processing: All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

• Custom/Large Orders: Processing for bulk or custom collection orders may take an additional 1–2 days.

2. Shipping Time

Standard US Shipping takes usually between 3-10 Business Days

3. Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs are simple and based on your total order value:

• For orders under $50: The shipping fee is $2.99.

• For orders $50 and over: Shipping is FREE!

 

4. Tracking Your Order

• Tracking Number: You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped (after the 1–3 day processing period).

• Tracking Updates: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.
